Clinton Hammond's Mead For All To Enjoy
Mead, for those of you who don't know, was the common libation of
the Vikings.
Brewed from honey in large open vats, and served in everything from
clay
pots to cupped hands. This recipe will concoct a similar beverage for
quaffing
before your next raid on France.
WARNING
There is a tall black bottle of something available at
the
L.C.B.O. called Mead.... Don't you believe it!!!! No self respecting
Viking
would be caught dead drinking that swill! My mead is nowhere near sweet
as that syrup! The professional stuff might be O.k. for pancakes but
you
wouldn't drink maple syrup would you?... Well maybe you would... If
that's
the case go ahead, but if you want to enjoy yourself in your drinking
follow
my Mead links!
I'll see ya under the table!
