For those of you who need to know such things, this experiment is made from 18 gauge, galvanized links, 1/4" ID, butted...  It fits pretty snug and restricts movement, but I can still hold a pint glass comfortably with it... which is really all I was worried about...

Considering that I just sorta started making it one night without plan, pattern or clue one I think that it came out not so bad...  It was  pain though... "one-linked" at a time... put the glove on, figure out where the next one goes.. link it through... slip the glove off while holding the still open link... close the link.. put the glove back on... figure out where the next one goes... etc...etc... now I gotta eventually do the exact same thing, only with my left (read 'useless') hand!
